Technical Positions

Positions Responsibilities
Product Engineering & Development Develop new products leveraging ARS’s core strengths. This role requires a flexible mindset, actively incorporating both existing and emerging technologies.
Microcontroller-Based Embedded System Development and Design We design and develop embedded systems, focusing on firmware development using microcontrollers.
Manufacturing Operate production equipment according to established processes and play a key role in bringing high-quality products to life.
Process Design & Mass Production Development Design and optimize manufacturing processes based on customer requirements, including cost analysis, prototype evaluation, new technology development, and technical presentations.
Utility Management Manage factory facilities and implement measures to reduce environmental impact, supporting a safe and comfortable manufacturing environment.
IT Systems Develop and maintain internal data infrastructure and IT systems to support smooth business operations.

Administrative Positions

Positions Responsibilities
Sales Propose solutions to meet client needs and build strong business relationships. Also responsible for market analysis, sales planning, and marketing strategy development.
Production Management Plan and coordinate production for various products, ensuring efficient operations through information sharing and collaboration across departments.
Procurement Secure stable and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials. Handle supplier negotiations regarding pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Corporate Planning Plan and coordinate projects and operations, supporting the company’s overall strategic initiatives and execution.
Human Resources & General Affairs Oversee HR systems, compensation, recruitment, training, and welfare programs to build a competitive and sustainable organization.
Accounting & Finance Manage financial reporting, cost control, and budgeting while analyzing company resources, production, and sales to support sound financial operations.
